AI-Generated Output
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the Output generated in response to your Input. Note that similar Outputs may be generated for different users with similar Inputs; we do not guarantee exclusivity.

Exclusion of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EigenThink AI L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data.
Liability Cap
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) One Hundred Dollars ($100).

Arbitration Agreement
Informal Resolution First
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and EigenThink AI L.L.C. agree that any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Orange County, California.
Class Action Waiver
Claims may only be brought in individual capacity, not as class members.
Jury Trial Waiver
Both parties waive the right to a jury trial if claims proceed in court.
Opt-Out: You may opt out by sending written notice through our contact form within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms.

California Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
